A block of our Nightfall Spellbook and Event Decks have been release for online sale. Limit 2 each per customer. Multiple orders that exceed the limit will result in ALL orders being cancelled, as per previously stated policy.

We have received out booster boxes and blister packs for Metazoo. All pre-orders will be process over the next week and sent out for delivery. For those who pre-ordered in the store, please come by and pick up your order. Once all of the pre-orders are processed, we will evaluate our remaining stock and allocate to a few folks we have on a waiting list. Beyond that, there is nothing more to sell at this time for these products.

As for release and theme decks, we have shipments that will be arriving over the course of 2 weeks and we will be evaluating how we will allocate those between online and instore sales, as well as purchase limits. It was unfortunate that a number of people attempted to place multiple orders online to try and beat our attempt to distribute to more customers. This has caused us to reconsider how we will offer this product online. 

This Saturday, Oct 30th, we will be participating in Games Workshop Warhammer Day. To celebrate this event, we will be having a number of select items on sale for in-store purchase only. Come on down and check it out.

Metazoo News: We know a lot of our customers are waiting patiently on news on when their orders will be shipped or available for pick up. As of this morning, we are still waiting for Fedex to arrive with our shipment. Hopefully, they will deliver today. Once we receive and our staff processes the delivery, we will make another announcement.

For the most part, Metazoo pre-orders have went well. Unfortunately, there have been a few people who have tried to go above the limits as well as a number of orders that have been flagged as high risk/fraud. We will be addressing these by cancelling the orders and restocking the items. 

There have been numerous complaints about BOTS eating up inventory. Not sure what is expected of a small mom and pop store, but we cannot deal with these types of activities. The best we can do is hope our fraud/risk monitor picks this up and flags the transaction.

Our store has received news of our first set of allocations of Metazoo Booster Boxes and Blister Packs. In an effort to be fair to our online and local customers, we will be holding back some of the inventory for local customers only. However, we will be putting 200 units of each up for pre-order on our website. The pre-order will begin at 1 pm ET on Sunday 10/17.

There will be an ORDER LIMIT in effect of 4 per customer. If we find people trying to get around this limit, we will cancel all your orders, so please be considerate to all your fellow Metazoo'ers. 

A word about placing multiple orders. One thing that made the initial release very difficult for our staff this past July was people trying to combine orders and get freight refunded. If multiple orders are placed, Koros Wargames will NOT be refunding freight charges, but we will retain the right to combine orders into a single shipment. This will enable us to process the massive amount of orders we get in a timely fashion. This change in policy is only related to the Metazoo release and replaces our standard return policy.

Finally, we have not physically received the product, but it is on the way from the warehouse. We know that there was a large problem across all stores selling the first release with boxes being damaged. We encountered this problem ourselves and knowing that getting replacements were impossible made the decision to ship dented boxes to customers. We will have the same policy this time, but will try to limit dented boxes to 1 per order. Our hope is that Metazoo will have worked out their shipping issues and this will be a minimum if at all occurrence. If this is a major problem for you and do not want any damaged boxes, then please make a note in the order or send us an email with your order number. Just be aware that if we are short product due to this, you may not get everything you ordered.
