Shipping Information

In stock items typically ship within 1-3 business days, however, arrival time is not guaranteed. If you want a guaranteed arrival time, you may want to purchase an upgraded shipping option. 

Non-stock/Pre-order are subject to availability through the manufacturer and distribution channel. We cannot make any guarantees on when products will be available. However, we will ship within 1-3 days once the item is received in our store.

Orders placed Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We reserve the right to request signature delivery on any order. Our warehouse is located in Flemington, New Jersey and transit time varies based on destination.

Transit Companies

We utilize USPS as our shipping carrier. On occasion, Koros Wargames LLC may use alternate carriers due to rates, delivery time improvement, and/or delivery location.

Times vary based on destination and shipping method chosen.

Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days. Our Domestic Standard and Free Shipping utilizes USPS First Class Package Service. Domestic expedited mail services are available via Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express.

International Destinations currently being offer are the European countries only:

Tracking Information

Shipping confirmation will be emailed at the end of each business day. Tracking numbers will be available within 24 hours from the time of shipment. Account holders can view their tracking number from the customer account page.

Please note, international tracking numbers can take up to three business days to be loaded to customer accounts

Shipping Cost Quotes

Our shipping costs are based on the order price or total weight of your order as well as the destination location. To get a real-time shipping quote, please put the item(s) in your cart and proceed to check-out. After entering the country and postal code on the cart page, all the shipping options and associated costs will appear.

International Shipping

International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order.  All duties, taxes, and brokerage fees shall be borne by the purchaser. All international shipping rates are those rates provided by USPS to our customers.
